Whilst the car servicing market has a lot of competition, Midas differentiates itself from its competitors by offering "peace of mind" to their customers, without the big price tag of the car dealerships. We will inspect their car and make a list of things we recommend need attention. We will then discuss this with them, providing a "show and tell" so they can understand why the work needs to be done.
This openness, without the pressuring that some competitors use, will help to build trust with our customers who we hope will become customers for life.

All employees are trained and held responsible for providing superior service, developing a long lasting trust bond with our customers. This very important, especially in the automotive service and repair industry.

Future Plans

The Midas vision is to bring transparency and trust back to the automotive service industry. Our main priority is ensuring that our customers, employees, and franchisees, alwaysknow where they stand. There are currently over 75 Midas Auto Service Expert centres across Australia, with a mix of company and franchise owned stores.We’ve identified our strongest performing company stores and are now making them available for franchisees to come in and realise each stores profit and growth potential. We have an ambitious plan to grow our network across Australia and are continually on the lookout for exciting new locations.
