Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and co-ordinates and assists in the development of industry specialist Recruitment Franchises for the permanent placement of people.

Frontline operates 8 specialist brands across retail, executive retail, hospitality, health, education, manufacturing and construction. Since inception Frontline has placed over 43,000 people into roles in these specialist sectors.  Frontline prides itself on truly understanding their clients and candidates needs and aspirations.

Training

Frontline has a dedicated Learning and Development team who deliver:
New Franchise Training (3 weeks of dedicated face to face training pre-opening)
Ongoing On Desk support: 6eeks of ongoing online training.

We also provide ongoing support for you and your team including:
Centralised onboarding for all team members
Rookie program for inexperienced recruiters
Situational Leadership training
Develop to Grow training

Frontline also provides all franchisees and their teams with access to a centralized Learning Support System to provide micro-learning on demand from anywhere any time.

Marketing Support

All franchisees contribute 3.5% to a national marketing fund which provides: National quarterly advertising campaigns driving leads to direct to your agency; Sales resources, including exclusive reports and research; Subscription to a centralized marketing portal with brand assets, social media templates, monthly content and campaigns, creative templates, image library and social media management tool; Subscription to an email marketing platform; Development of an annual marketing guide to help you plan your activity, Regular marketing coaching and training

Franchise territories are offered by vertical and location across Australia and New Zealand.

Franchisees engage clients (employers) to list available jobs with their agency, and then source appropriate candidates. When a candidate sourced by Frontline is placed in the client role, the client is invoiced for a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary.
