DescriptionSouvlakihut is an innovative and unique casual Greek restaurant concept offering a range of fresh, tasty and healthy authentic Greek cuisine including souvlakis, meat platters, burger slammers, dips, salads made with only the freshest of vegetables, fillets of marinated lamb & chicken, custom made souvlaki pita breads, home-style dips and seafood.

Souvlakihut differentiates itself from other concepts by taking a popular and highly recognisable cuisine incorporating it to a contemporary casual restaurant model - a model that has proven to be profitable and easily duplicated.

Souvlakihut has a broad customer appeal due to our casual family atmosphere, variety of food offerings, and low price points. We will not only compete with the casual segment restaurants, but also with the takeaway and drive-thru market.

Future Plans
The Souvlakihut vision is to become the leading casual Greek restaurant chain in Australia, New Zealand & Asia by being able to continually foresee and satisfy customer needs, offer and maintain consistency and quality in the product offering and maximising returns to all stakeholders.

Souvlakihut aims to continue with the growth plan and plan on having around 45 restaurants nationally by the end of 2009. Our goal is to continue the growth in 2010 with around 80 to 90 restaurants in Australia and plan to have 200 Souvlakihut Restaurants around Australia within the next 5 years.

Souvlakihut aims to enter the New Zealand market in 2010 and the South East Asia & China markets by 2012 with plans to take the Souvlakihut concept into the USA within the next 5 years.
