Description
DescriptionIn home care for people who are elderly or have a disability and need some forms of assistance. Services include personal care and grooming, domestic assitance, respite, transportaion, shopping, meal preparation, palliative care, dementia care and nursing. We employ people from all different backgrounds and ages who want to make a difference in the community and in people's lives.The business is relationship based and very personally rewarding.
Future Plans
A new dimension to the business has begun in late 2008 with Just Better Care Community Services Ltd opening, a not for profit entity which directly applies for government funding and brokers the work direct to the Just Better Care outlets. Just Better Care will also be starting it's own Registered Training Organisation by the end of the year to directly deliver Certificate 3 and 4 training in Community Care.
