10 Reasons to work with us

1. Live and Learn

We believe that learning never ends. That is why every member of the 10 THOUSAND FEET team is allocated an annual education budget of up to $1500 which they can use towards developing their skills, learning a new skill or keeping abreast of the industry.

2. Our World is Flat

Your ideas do not have to battle through a hierarchy, there are no office politics and definitely no red tape blocking your way. Your input will always be heard, which will give you the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business.

3. We're Stretchy

We understand everyone enjoys a life outside of work and so we try to be as flexible as we can, to accommodate our teams personal lives and extracurricular activities.

4. Do it with meaning

At 10 THOUSAND FEET we believe that it is our business to make a positive impact on the world. We run our own community project 10 THOUSAND TREES as well as support worthy causes such as Together For Humanity, KISS and MAKEPOVERTYHISTORY.

Never happy just standing still, we are an ambitious, entrepreneurial team that is always looking for new and exciting ways to push forward.

6. Fuelling Friendliness

At our core, we exist to make the world a friendlier place. Our research provides companies greater insight into how they can develop better relationships with their customers and partners.

7. More Power to you

We believe people do a better job when they are given ownership of their work. 10 THOUSAND FEET empowers staff to take charge of their tasks with the continued support from the team.
