2025 Top 10 Aussie franchise winners announced!

The Top 10 winners have come from a wide-range of industries, proving that with the right strategy, success is always possible. We shine a spotlight on these Aussie franchises that have shown that innovation, combined with tenacity and resilience can equate to success.
 
Here are this year’s topfranchise award winners.

Magic Hand Carwash, with their carwash cafés took out the number 1 overall place for 2025. Fresh Food and Coffee brand Soul Origin proved its impressive franchisor credentials by placing second on the overall list, with professional automotive tools retailer Snap-on Tools coming in at third. Other brands that excelled and secured places in the overall top 10 include Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse, World Gym, Dream Doors Kitchens, Jetts, Mister Minit, Plus Fitness and Snooze.
 
Each year, thousands of Australian franchisees are surveyed by specialist researchers, 10 THOUSAND FEET, to identify best practice across the industry. The Topfranchise Awards are unique in that award winners are selected based on the satisfaction of franchisees, not external judges.
 
In addition to an overall award, the Topfranchise Awards recognise six category-specific achievements in Marketing, Branding, Passion, Support, Lifestyle and Innovation. 

Petbarn Mobile Dog Wash took the top spot for Lifestyle, Aussie Pooch Mobile took out number one in Support, while Jim’s Bathrooms & Resurfacing took the top spot for Innovation and Marketing. Provender took home top 10 category awards in Support and Innovation and Xpresso Mobile Café once again proved a favourite in the Lifestyle category taking out a top 10 placing in Lifestyle.
