Age of the Socialpreneur

Socialpreneur // or Social Entrepreneur

"A social entrepreneur is someone who recognizes a social problem and uses entrepreneurial principles to organize, create, and manage a venture to make social change. Social entrepreneurs assesses success in terms of the impact s/he has on society."

We believe in merging commerce together with community, making money while making a difference. How do we achieve this? By not losing sight of the bigger picture of why 10 THOUSAND FEET exists.

10 THOUSAND FEET’s goal is to make the world a friendlier place & to bring people together

Here are a few examples of how:

For the Now

Running Satisfaction Studies like the 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Study and, we are helping to improve franchisee satisfaction and improve franchisees’ working lives. With over 70,000 franchisees in Australia who employ over 500,000 staff, by making franchisees working lives happier, it makes their staff’s lives happier too. This flows on to their family, friends and throughout their local community. We estimate that our work has the potential to improve over 2 million Australian’s everyday lives.

"Some feedback I received this week from one of our franchise owners. He had been going at a hectic pace for the past 18 months, he found your stat’s about the improved productivity and results that a franchise owner manages when they work 40 -50 hours instead of excessive hours has now given him his life back as he gets out of the office at a reasonable hour now and he is so much happier. If for no other reason you were there for this man. Thanks Ian"

Capturing Customer Feedback InStore allows us to reduce customer dissatisfaction and strengthen working relationships.

We are continually thanked by customers for taking the time to listen to them share their thoughts. Companies in turn appreciate the honest feedback that allows them to make improvements to their offer based on what their customers really want.

10 THOUSAND TREES is a community initiative based on being friendly to the environment. The 10 THOUSAND TREES paper offset initiative aims to create a community of companies reducing their paper usage and inspire proactive planting of enough trees to provide a sustainable paper resource for Australia and the world for generations to come.

For the Future

We aim to bring communities together, so watch this space to see how it unfolds.
