With over 60 stores across Australia, we have a lot of experience and we've found that keeping simplicity at the forefront of process makes it easier for our franchisees to achieve the success they are looking for. The franchisees we look for love spending time with people, they get to know their customers and develop relationships with their local communities. To facilitate this, we make sure we look after everything else. The way it works couldn't be easier: ~We make the cakes and savouries fresh daily ~We deliver them directly to your store ~You sell them with a big smile and an amazing cup of coffee (after we've helped to train you into an amazing barista) That's it!

With a 110 year old brand that has survived two World Wars and the Great Depression, we've got a fine appreciation for what it means to be in business for the long haul. With a strategic brand review recently completed and research revealing an incredible brand loyalty, Ferguson Plarre is expanding its reach throughout Victoria and more recently interstate (under the Puckles brand in QLD, distribution model). A strong focus on digital marketing channels has seen our new website launched in 2013 with full e-commerce functionality, giving our franchisees a shop-front on every customers PC and mobile device 24/7. Bakery is one of the oldest businesses on the planet so growth will come from innovation via both technology and product development. And finally, no business is any fun if you don't enjoy working with the people inside it, so Ferguson Plarre is committed to remaining a family business with a passion for food that you won't find anywhere but in your Ferguson Plarre store.
