Since inception Frontline has placed over 41,000 people into roles in these specialist sectors. Frontline prides itself on truly understanding their clients and candidates needs and aspirations.

In 2022 Frontline was the first franchise organisation to have all locations certified as a Great Place To Work across Australia and New Zealand. Since acquisition the business has recovered strongly through Covid, with record revenue numbers throughout 2021 and 2022, and 52% growth in 21/22 financial year compared to previous.
