Immersive face-to-face training at Jetts Support Office and flagship clubs, practical sessions on systems and pre sale training. New business owners will workshops sales, marketing, member experience, and safety compliance to ensure they are ready to open their new gym. During this training session new business owners will also have direct access to the Jetts Leadership Team and peer learning opportunities.
Business Performance Managers - A business owners on the ground support
Post initial training, business owners work with an experienced business performance manager who will guide them through the necessary steps from build to presales and then into operating the business. This on the ground resource is an excellent in person support system for business owners that consistently provides weekly coaching touchpoints.
Intranet and Training Platform
Our intranet, training and auditing platform connects the network by centralising communication, resources, playbooks and learning ensuring every business owner and team member has easy access to the tools, training, and information they need to operate consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with the brand.
Monthly Marketing and Operations Webinars
Once operational business owners and their teams will have access to national marketing and operations webinars. Hosted monthly by the Jetts Support Office team, these webinars focus on core areas of the business such as campaign execution, member retention, system enhancements and revenue protection.
