Jim's is a good franchise system as it does not take commissions or lock you in to long term contracts. I have been busy since I started. The only thing holding me back is my desire for a balanced lifestyle. If you want to work all the hours then it is there for you and you don't have to give up any extra profits back to head office. It also allows you to scale up as a Franchisor in your Division or if you are keen then there are 50+ divisions to choose from. It is a great system with great benefits. Ample support from fellow franchisees and the Franchisors only a phone call away. Lots of training if needed with ongoing support and regular team meetings for information and morale. There are franchise fees to pay but with no royalties on top, a heavy marketing structure and an abundance of jobs coming in, we are never short on work and the money you can save at supply stores is incredible as being part of the Jim's group we get discounts in many places. I enjoy my own business and the structure is great. In a nutshell, they take care of the advertising and we can concentrate on booking the clients and getting the work done.
