Training

Training includes pre-start, start-up and ongoing. Comprehensive barista training covers everything from Basic intro to Advanced Barista and Equipment maintenance. We also fully recruit and induct employees for new franchises leaving the franchisee in the capable hands of at least one experienced barista.

Marketing Support

Flat fee $50 per week - local area marketing contribution

It is this tenacious attention to detail that you the franchisee stand to benefit from. Because we as a team operate with a light footprint our fees are fair and affordable. Our partnership with Biopak gives us an environmentally friendly packaging advantage over the mainstream. This means our branded cups and lids are fully compostable. Instead of a petroleum based inner plastic lining the bio-lining is derived from corn starch. This point of difference helps drive consumer confidence as well as being more environmentally friendly.
