Starting from a single location in Sydney, we have been able to grow into 7 strong locations within just a few short years with 2 more stores opening by March 2019 and more stores coming, but, we still felt that something was missing. We discovered that we weren't able to serve our valued clients in every way we wanted to and in today's age that meant being online and offering a unique customer experience for everyone to enjoy. It was this drive to want to offer our clients more which helped lead the way in developing and launching our new brand, ROSE & CO. With growth we changed in the way we look and what we offer; our goal is to make shopping for flowers as easy and enjoyable as possible. We also offer services for Weddings, Birthdays, Special events and Funerals.

Rose & Co floral shop business that is located in one of the busiest city's around the world in Sydney, Australia. We have stores located in major shopping centres across Sydney that fit into the design of the kind of flower shop that we intend giving to our customers. Our product and services encompasses flower care and handling, floral design or flower arranging, merchandising, and display and flower delivery. We will also import and sell bulk flowers to professionals in the trade.

We are aware that there are several large and small flower shops all around Sydney, New South Wales, which is why we spend time and resources to conduct our feasibility studies and market survey so as to offer much more than our competitors will be offering. We have an online ordering option for our customers, and our website is well secured with the various payment options.

Much more than retailing cut flowers, retailing of fresh and artificial flowers, retailing floral arrangements, retailing potted plants and retailing complimentary gift items, our customer care will be second to none. We know that our customers are the reason why we are in business which is why we will go the extra mile to get them satisfied when they visit any of our retail shops so that they become our loyal customers and ambassadors. Rose & Co will ensure that all our customers are given first class treatment whenever they visit our retail shops.  We will ensure that we get our customers involved when making some business decisions that directly affect them.

We are aware of the trend in the retail / florist industry and we are not only going to operate a system where our customers would have to come to our retail shops to make purchase or whatever they want, but we will also operate an online store and our customers can order flowers and related merchandise online and they will get it delivered to their houses or any location they want us to deliver the goods to within Sydney.

Although the business is in the Sydney region, we are constantly looking and researching to open other outlets all around New South Wales and perhaps in other key cities in the Australia.
