With the latest in tools and equipment available, Snap-on franchisees are a solution provider for their customers. In Australia Snap-on employs over 100 support personnel for the 180+ mobile stores with the franchisees divided into Field Groups. A Field Group comprises of approximately 12 franchisees with a dedicated Sales Development Manager (SDM). SDMs regularly ride with their franchisees to help business development. Each State has a Business Manager to assist franchisees with business planning and business reviews. Snap-on continues to grow its franchise network to be able to provide the best solutions to professional tool users.
