At the same time our passion for food ensures we are on trend and providing todays discerning customers with the very best the cafe industry has to offer. In terms of the financial model, we do not take a percentage of sales, rather a low weekly fixed fee. Your success is our priority as we make our money on supplying you with a great range of food and drinks, so the more you sell the better for the system as a whole.
