Training

Initial training is conducted at Plus Fitness Head Office and also in a Live Training Site. This training covers all of the operational requirements of running a Plus Fitness plus everything you need to know to market your business. Ongoing training is delivered by way of regular workshops, an online training platform and in face to face on site sessions with the Franchisees allocated Field Manager.

Marketing Support

Marketing support is provided by way of an Online Print Management System as well as access to 1000's of marketing tools and ideas via our internal online resources library. Franchisees are provided a recommended campaign each month and all of the tools and support to facilitate the campaign. National Brand Marketing is funded in part by the National Marketing Levy that all Franchisees contribute to on a quarterly basis, based on how many active members they currently have.

With over 150 territories sold, a new Plus Fitness opening on average every ten days and a territory sold per week, Plus Fitness has a clear goal of having over 200 Franchises by the end of 2015. Whereas there are still plenty of growth areas in Australia, Plus Fitness is also proactively seeking a number of overseas Master Franchises. Plus Fitness has already completed extensive studies on a number of overseas markets and has it's first international Plus Fitness scheduled to open by mid 2015.
