At Provender Australia, for over 25 years our Franchisees having been running mobile franchise businesses across Australia!  Our vision is “vending for every lifestyle”, and we vend all sorts of products to some of  Australia’s largest organisations.

Our franchising model takes care of many of the things that are a hassle about being a small business owner. We manage to find new locations, machine selection, developing great business systems and processes, sourcing and negotiating your product range, not to mention our great marketing. Our powerful software keeps you entirely abreast of what your machines are doing at all times, all without the cost of office space and extra utility bills.

Business Model

The initial investment for a franchise depends on the number of machines (assets purchased), franchise fees and how well these machines perform, a goodwill component. Initial investments can range from $20,000 (plus the cost of a van) to over $500,000. We operate on a vending royalty based on revenue, plus a technology fee per machine. We don't charge any marketing fees. There are rebates available that are performance-based on your growth and overall vending revenue.

As we continue our journey to change the perception of the vending industry in Australia from one of junk food to Vending for every lifestyle, our mission is as our society expects more convenience, our role as leaders in the vending industry is to deliver automated retail solutions for drinks, food, and non-perishable items no matter what our customers lifestyle choices.  To be successful, we need to be innovative by launching new vending solutions such as micro markets, we need our technology platform to be leading edge, delivering cost savings, and greater productivity to franchisees, and to launch a new franchise program that provide more benefits to our franchise network that rewards growth.


The franchise model was a good one with no obvious negatives. The entry price was reasonable and offerend room to expand if that is your objective. It has given me the flexibility to enjoy a good work/life balance.
